That would be Bart! unfortunately for him, that still doesn't put him in the same ballpark and experience as Wally! Mr West is it as far as the speed force goes! you may like bart better as a character, and i've got no probs with that, but wally's been at it much longer and better at it than Bart! the fact that Bart's dead and wally's still the flash should pretty much tell you that much!
Wally is a lot more experienced and generally a better Flash i think, but give Bart some respect, he was great as The Flash; because he reminded Me of Barry Allen so much, and as you already know Barry Allen was my favourite Flash.

In a fight, it'd have to be when Bart was alive and when he was alive he owned the speed force, i think he'd smash Wally everywhere. But if he miraculously came back now, the speed force is back to normal, Wally would win.
Wally we never really saw how fast Bart could run but he never ran anywhere as fast as Wally from what i saw One infinite mass punch from Wally and Bart's down for good. And i know Bart had the speed force inside him but he couldn't use it safely and with both acess to all there powers Wally owns this fight.

I know, if they both had access to their powers. But that's the disadvantage of it all, the Speed Force wasn't at normal so Bart couldn't possibly train to be used to it, until it was back to normal, unfortunatley he died before then.

i agree with that logic, i can really never doubt experience, but bart pulled seem to pull out and use the speed force on levels that wally had not. I will not go into "what ifs" and "what happen" to bart while hes was in the speed force with superboy prime nor" what he had to learn or master" to contain him.
to me the fact that bart did it and wally did not, tells me that they are in the same ballpark.
in the jla where bats, sups and ww(wonder woman) selected new memebers, they make remarks about how strong he has become.

Erm....Bart could control the Speed Force completely, Wally couldn't, why do you think Wally was trapped in it until Bart died and it went back to normal?
Bump. I think since neither are around now this is interesting. When Bart was the speedforce he was a monster. But Wally had far better control and Wally's feats and foes were more impressive. Bart died, Wally didn't. Even Wally's statement about bart being the fastest seems hyperbole since he never showed it. Wallys faster, smarter and overall more powerful in my opinion but what do you guys think?

Bart's death really wasn't his own fault, that's not a fair way to present what happened.
Bart would've been the fastest if he could control the energy in him the way Wally could. His entire arc before his death involved him struggling to not blow himself up on the amount of energy he was processing. It's a matter of experience vs potential. Bart should be faster, but he can't control it and Wally has other tricks (like Speed Steal) that trump Bart.
In the end it doesn't matter how much firepower you have, it's how you use it.
It doesn't matter how fast Bart is, even if he's faster than Wally he's not nearly as skilled at controlling those abilities. Wally has fine tuned his powers and can use them to their maximum potential, which would be the deciding factor for me.
Does Bart have any feats after he absorbed the Speed Force? I'm more of a Wally guy and Bart has always annoyed me so my knowledge of him is slim. It kind of sounds like 'Hulk is the strongest because his rage is limitless" BS.
