Speed steal? Cosmic awareness and Molecular Manipulation means SS is negating Wallys speed steal the same way Captain Atom did. SS would laugh at a speed steal attempt before he puts a black hole in Wallys brain.Come on dude its heavily agreed on that SS could give the entire standard JL team a hard time, and you've taken away his morals and made it current SS, the same SS that was able to power a device made for someone of Thanos power level,while weakened.

Surfer doesn't have the time for any of that. The feat you're referring to was Atom manipulation the speedforce energy within The New 52 Barry (which was stupid) and his speedforce with is a joke compared to the pre 52 one that was inescapable unless you were a Flash. Thanos has 1 shotted Surfer. Norrin doesn't have the reaction feats or consistent durability feats to withstand the onslaught He would endure. Plus, he has no answer for the speed steal or lend, which essentially would be an instant KO should Wally elect to use it.

What can anyone do with 5 seconds to prep?

or he could mix and match, then KO the Surfer all within a picosecond which is literally thousands of times faster than Norrin's fastest feat to date. Not to mention Wally was the avatar of the speedforce in which he mainlined from. also, were he morals off and existed, Wally would have handled New 52 Nate much better than Barry did and I believe defeated him.

@christianrapper: different speedforce at the time which he was scarred from and of all characters in the Universe the only that literally petrified him were the Flashes.. but in all fairness it was the same Prime that also embarrassed Mordru and overpowered Mxy. So take that as you will. H

@leo-343: the reason I allowed Thanos his shields is because the only compelling debate in the Thanos vs Flash thread was shields and both sides had great arguments. As for round 4, Strange is a reality warper that overpowered basically a Marvel Justice League with literally a whisper, Alan Scott when pushing his limit without going full starheart (if you could make an argument he last long enough to go full starheart then he's arguably solar system level) is easily planetary as well as Kent V Nelson.

Just to address a bit.

he can't beat surfer by himself... so he doesn't make it past two... anyone who can manipulate energy and has cosmic awareness beats speed force users.... speed force is just energy....

Surfer would never be able to react to a morals off Flash. Since this is morals off Flash he could easily go with dragging him to "entropy" (misnamed). It's where nothing exists, the same place he literally erased death from existence with.

IIRC Nelson can only be harmed by magic (May be thinking of the wrong Nelson though). Even if he miraculously makes it past that he won't beat Abra Kadabra, Prof. Zoom, AND Mirror Master. That's a deadly matchup. Eobard is more than capable of holding Wally off for long enough that MM and Abra can erase him from existence or BFR him.

No, SS is not as fast as the Flash. His highest reaction speeds are in the nanoseconds. Wally's are much higher. Wally would take Surfer to "Entropy" before he could manipulate anything.
