@artyom: i did not say that Barry can punch as hard as Wally does. But he should be able to IMP as he isfaster than light. Im not sure about Speed steal, but Jay can do it, Wally can do it, i think Bart can do it, so why wouldn't Barry be able to?

Neither one have actually hit with infinite mass...I'm not even positive if Barry has ever hit somebody while going FTL except MAYBE Eobard. Wally learned Speed Steal from Krakkl who then taught it to Jay...Barry can't, Bart can't, and Jesse and Max sure as hell can't. Only a handful of speedsters have done it. Walter West, Wally, Jay, Savitar, and Krakkl.
