Team one has the better Speedster that being Wally, but team 2 has the better Green Lantern that being Hal.
 
It would come down to Hal vs Wally in the end.

hal is the better gl by far but wally is the better flash by alot however i would say the speedster is the big factor here so imma say team one tho i can see hal beating wally but in this case team one may win it would be easier if u had said wally and kyle as team one

Wally is the better Flash by far, and i think that makes the difference. Even though Hal is a more powerful Lantern than John, John would still be able to hold him off long enough to receive assistance from Wally.

Pretty sure Wally is faster yes, and I've never seen Hal exceed the limits of the ring before, so for now, I say John is more powerful.

Hal Jordan is the better Green Lantern, but that won't save him from Wally... And it hurts me to say, Wally is the better Flash.

Hal Jordan has always been written as being the best GL over Stewart. He is only rivaled by Sinestro. Wally was faster and Barry being more knowledgeable until it was retconed that Barry was the speed force. So Team 2 has this.

Yes West is the faster speedster, however Barry is fast enough..

Dc outright admits hal has better will powers, Hal has better feats, more number of feats and has John beaten in number of appearances by what 7:1. Dc never really showed much love for John anyways he has only like 2 solo series in the whole GL story post crisis and the focus point always seemed to be either Hal or Kyle and in new 52 it seems to be Guy.

Both of Team One's characters are better than both of Team Two's. However, since DC doesn't care about John, and made Hal out to be the best GL of all the cosmos, I'm still going to have to say Team One. John went trough some crazy stuff just to prove he has godlike willpower, and his constructs are stronger.

Isn't Wally just like Barry but better in everyway? The lanterns take each other out.

Not better Willpower. John has overrode the willpower of his ring to recreate an entire solar system.
