@darkraiden: He is street level, with superhuman strength. No way he can beat someone like Nightcrawler or Hulk. I think.. anyway the Hellboy Im talking about does not display strength exceeding street level.

@angryprune: Cool. Miss Martian from Young Justice is fine as long she is Morals On.

While they are within the rules, both can beat Grey Hulk. Long Shot due to Luck Powers and Mirror Master due to his crazy Powers.

Spot is fine, however BFR is not being allowed (Falls under the Grey Hulk Rule) for instant wins by BFR. So you know if that was what you were picking them for.

Okay everyone. Slots are filled and before I make matches, please look over and see if everyone follows the rules I laid down for this. If someone is OP, call it out and explain why. After all this I will make matches Tomorrow before Walking Dead starts :).

@indiecomicsftw Both Vergil and Miss Martian exceed the limits. Vergil can easily beat Grey Hulk and Miss Martian has martian strength.

These should be over the limits. Strength, Speed, and other things. Also, I guess I didn't get in? Oh and two people have Wolverine.

Yes. Itachi is Hypersonic with the way Naruto characters are portrayed. Need to replace him.

Kakashi is way over the limits due to Speed.

Both of these are fine from my perspective. Wesker Speed is Barely Mach 2 and in short bursts the way the games show it. Vader was never that OP from the Movies.

Pycho Mantis should be fine. If peak human Snake can deal with him, then the rules I made surely can. Vergil is over the limits. You need to pick a new Character there.

Should be becuase speed. 90% of posters debating Naruto claim they are Mach 5-50.

@indiecomicsftw: Kakashi has no speed feat that putt him in any Hypersonic range, h*ll he doesn't even have many speed feats at all, but if that you're decision fine switch him out with Guts(Berserk).

Not all Naruto character are in the same range, Kakashi has no real feats of any speed.

@darkraiden What limits does Wesker break? Vader is actually debatable but he was already O.Ked.

Speaking of limits..Miles breaks the strength one.

He did. And? There are many people who either have tanked RPGs or are more than capable of tanking them. I don't see how Wesker could possibly move faster than mach speeds. He perceives bullets in mid air and moves as a blur to bullet timers but that doesn't put him above mach 2.

Technically anybody with TK can do the same. EU Vader can move at the speed of thought so you may be right on that.

Peak Humans can't take an RPG to the chest I don't think. That was my concern.

Also I meant to say that Miles likely can't lift over 5 tons, he has no feats for it, and Peter in the Ultimate Universe was capped at 5 tons. And I have a backup next to him.

@fetts: Punisher can beat Grey hulk if he played the match right. That was not the point of Intent. Characters who can easy win with no effort is the point.

@juiceboks: @darkraiden: Actually Peter has lifted a 10 ton Dock Yard Fork Lift. Threw a 1 ton car that was half way submerged in water (Adding another ton) and threw it over 50 feet in the air with one arm! Peter then bleeding to death lifted and slammed a 9 ton moving truck into GG face multiple times.

Ultimate Pete is proven 9 ton range. However Miles has no feats other than lifting a car over his head.

Vader I doubt could tank a RPG unless someone can show me otherwise. My knowledge on EU is a bit lacking.

Also Wesker was taken down by RPGs in the past. Wolverine can easy tank RPGs and he is allowed.

EU Vader has ridiculous speed feats and could easily deflect a nuclear missile, nonetheless an RPG. He crushes tanks with his force crush IIRC. EU Star Wars is ridiculous. Should cap him at Movie Vader.

Also, as for Vader, I think this should be proof enough that he's over the limits.

Well by this Logic I should be able to get Kakashi because he has no feat of moving that fast.

If we go by that logic, Miles should certainly be disallowed. He tanked hits from Giant Woman and Ult Scorpion and even K.Oed Janet.

Ult Peter is not 5 tons max. That's absurd. Remember the fight with Ult GG where he lifted an 18 wheeler?

I could show you feats of Haku that could be considered Mach 1 at the low end. Speed rating and scaling alone would put Kakashi much higher.

Agreed, I've been saying since day one that Kakashi isn't Spider-Man fast, his best movement/reaction feats are all done via speed scaling against Lee and even then all they show is he's supersonic+ which is in the limits.

My point exactly there's no real diffident or said speed for Haku except the one that says he Lightspeed(which non of us believe), show me KAKASHI doing something that's put him above the speed limit.

You know...I somehwat agree with that actually...though I'd put him closer to Mach 3, which is above this tournament. Plus the slew of Naruto fans don't help with the mach 20+ talk.

@juiceboks: You need to switch Vader. Im convinced his TK is over 5 tons. Also Captain America has taken hits from 9 toners with no probs. I also do not think Ult Scorpion was over a ton in strength.

@thatguywithheadphones: OK, You can have Kakashi as long he is being argued Super sonic Speed (Which IMO I think they are) and not Spider Man Blitzing that fans make them out to be.
