Vulcan vs Phoenix Cyclops

So, i was trying to figure out which one of the Summers brothrs was the strongest. i thought it would be Vulcan, hands down. But then i though about the phoenix five, and i got to thinking. So, here is the fight i came up with.

Round 1:

Standard Vulcan vs Cyclops when he only had 1/5th of the phoenix force

Edit: Round 2:

Vulcan at his strongest Vs Cyclops (only 1/5th of the phoenix force)

Round 3:

Vulcan at his strongest Vs The Phoenix Five

Round 4:

Vulcan (at his strongest) vs Dark Phoenix Cyclops

All fights take place in a populated new york city

They start 100 feet away from each other

Everyone is morals off

Edit: "Vulcan at his strongest" does not have the phoenix force

Vulcan. With Darwin he was pretty bad.

Round 1 Phoenix Cyclops i don't think Vulcan could manipulate that much power to save his life.

Round 2 Vulcan at his strongest had other Mutants powers on top of his own but Darwin's power makes me think it'd help Vulcan win due to what Darwin did to Hela.

Round 3 Is this round meant to be Phoenix vs Phoenix ? if so Vulcan stomps he instantly destroyed 7 Galaxy's or something like that while phoenix Cyclop never showed the same amount of power.

@hellionvulcan you know, i completly forgot that vulcan had the phoenix force with him at one point. Im going to go ahead and say that Vulcan doesnt have the phoenix force with him

Round 1 :Cyclops wins this .He has too much firepower,.He block and one shotted thor,hulk etc.

Round 2:I'd say Vulcan 6/10(cyke if he had a right tactic)

Round 3:Phoenix Five burstomp.They have a extreme coordination ,teamwork,firepower.I see Emma pounding Vulcan,Colossus AND Namor and Magik going h2h with Vulcan while Cyke provides awesome firepower from a distance.

Round 4:2 words. CYKE BURSTOMP.
