Volthoom. Kyle couldn't do anything with his white spectrum powers against him, I don't see Hal doing anything. You might say that Hal is better than Kyle. Yes, as a Green Lantern, but not White. Then again, we're still exploring, through New Guardians series, the power of being a White Lantern, so it'll depend on, Hal knowing all the feats and privileges of being White Lantern before going up against Volthoom.

If Hal had as much time as Kyle with a white ring, I could see him pulling it off by draining Volthooms power like he did with the Black Ring.

Both are reality benders at this point, Volthoom has better feats.

Oh wow I just assumed it was Kyle, I don't even remember Hal becoming a White Lantern, I guess he would've done that during Blackest Night and he probably didnt do anything noteworthy.
