Plus if voldemort gets his horcruxes them emiya gets the scabbard which heals him indefinately. as such he can dodge resist and recover from every spell voldemort throws at him. and seeing as he has something called the origin bullet which "kills" magic users if it hits their magic. Then voldemort would die.

think of it voldemort meets this man and off the bat starts firing spells. However regardless of his teleporting the man is constantly dodging and moving at speeds voldemort can barely follow with his eyes much less his body. Then he fires a bullet. Voldemort is going to use a spell to protect himself, either protego or another shielding charm since he will assume its a regular bullet. However it will pierce said sheild and destroy voldemorts magic circuits leaving him paralyzed and unable to perform magic for the rest of his life. {if not dead}

Kiritsuga Emiya stomps Voldemort very easily. He has time control and weapons designed to kill magic users.
