With Prep I see team 1 winning, the combination of the minds of Thanos, Dr Domm and Darkseid it too much; however I don't see how they can prep for Odin and Zeus; however I am inclined to say prep would definitely benefit team 1 much more.

Assuming team 1 doesnt end up killing or sabotaging each other, and actually decide to co-operate, then this becomes a very one sided encounter.

@comicsrulebutdbzdoes2: Loki prep specially off recently has been pretty good. Problem is he is faced with Thanos, whom alone he going to struggle to match, let alone the other 2 prep geniuses involved there.

Take Loki out, and the remaining three, Thanos could honestly eat for breakfast with 1 week of prep.
