She could rig herself to sting him like a Jelly-Fish when she is punched, resulting in a draw after she is knocked out, and Spider-Man doubles over in pain.

I think that Vixen has a slight advantage over Spider-Man because her powers are more versatile. She can fly or breath underwater, crawl on walls, spit venom etc. She could even copy General Grodd's telepathic abilities. That's my opinion.

@Sexy Merc: Gorilla Grodd is an animal, that's why she could copy his powers. She doesn't have to copy Spider-Man's powers, she could just copy the abilities of a regular spider. Plus I don't think she could do this since he is human.

yeah,it is kinda hard to say because Peter's powers comes from a spider,but he is a human

Can't say I could stand him, solely because of his habit to exclaim "drugsssssssssss" every now and then. The fact that his IQ was below 50 didn't help either. He had the potential to be pretty powerful, but his character wasn't worth it, which is probably why they decided not to use him anymore, since his capture by Osborn in New Ways to Die.

Spidey has fought people who are faster, stronger, and generate a more energy than that. Usually they have a mixture of these abilities or he is fighting multiple opponents. Vixen is nothing he hasn't dealt with in the past.

This could be difficult to determine. I think others are right that she couldn't handle a hit from SpiderMan, but I don't think he'll ever get to her. She can fly at high speeds. She could just keep in the air and electrocute him. She could also just use Gorilla Grodd's powers and telepathically defeat him. I'm just not sure it would be that simple.

he can reach her by web-swiming (faster than a bullet) or throw a car at her :P about Grodd`s powers,can she use then at any time or was it a special case? what are the chances she will use then? what animal can break free from his web? and lately,what animal can shoot lighting?

If I'm correct, Vixen can only have one set of animal powers at a time. She has to switch between them. Also if just floating an electrocuting him was so ease, why hasn't Electro done it?
