The Justice League's Vixen can possess the powers of almost any animal or insect and the Titans' Beast Boy can become almost any animal or insect. Who would win in a fight?
With no outside help, Vixen is only able to copy Beast Boy's powers, which means we've got two people with the exact same powers but only one that is experienced using them.
Or, if we go with classic Vixen, Beast Boy still wins.
Vixen cannot take the powers of anything that can enable her to deal with a T-Rex and unlike Beast Boy, when she copies a small animal, she is still her same size. Beast Boy takes the shape of the small animal and uses this to dodge attacks. His powers have two very distinct advantages over hers.

Why not what if Vixen copyed the powers of a black Momba and bit him. And she can copy alien animals as well. And like i said we all no who's the smarter and better fighter.

Anyway, think I remember seeing her once copy the telepathy of Gorilla Grodd. Could that help her win?

That would require Vixen to actually get close enough to bite Beast Boy, which isn't gonna happen. And Beast Boy would just turn into a black momba and cure the venom.
Copying alien animals (which should require her being on the alien planet) isn't as good as copying made up animals either. Anything Mari does, Gar can do better. Not to mention Gar has experience fighting other animal changers, whereas Vixen does not.
I wouldn't call her smarter or a better fighter than Beast Boy either, unless you're talking about human form hand to hand, which isn't gonna matter here.

Yeah, Beast Boy's advantage is his size change to fit the ability of the animal, like a fly, and Beast Boy had his powers since he was a kid and s now grown, so he must have had time to train himself and improve his powers and skill.
Who's been at the hero game longer -- Beast Boy? Possibly that gives the Titan a slighter advantage. I agree, Vixen is a better hand to hand combatant, but the claws of a jaguar, the venom of a cobra, the strength of an elephant will only work so long against a T-Rex or killer bee.
Trying to figure out how a T-Rex is gonna beat someone who can be as strong as a Blue Whale or get the strength of as a rhinoceros beetle (65 tons). A T-Rex is not gonna withstand a hit from someone with Class 60 to 100 tons strength.
The problem with this battle, is that Garth has to transform into the animal to gain it's abilities, while Vixen just needs to think and even combine animal abilities.

Pretty much. She is strong enough that she ripped the top off a tank and with one hand, slam and held Flashpoint Auqaman to a wall with the strength of a whale.
Vixen has more variety imo, Beast Boy seems to go with size or speed to win fights which Vixen can copy and excel at. Beast Boy's T-Rex is no match for Vixen who can smash its jaws in a hit or 2 if she takes the animal power of the blue whale while keeping her agile human form.
Just the record, Vixen can also fully shape-shift into animal forms and take on human/animal hybrid forms...taking and mixing certain physical ability from different animals.
