Well based on her CV wiki she can duplicate the likes of Superman and company so how exactly does this make her a weak link?
Far as I know, she is restricted to animals only.
There was a time when she was a member of the JLA when Amazo had stolen her amulet and she took it back that her powers had changed and she could copy the powers and skills of other people (like Superman's powers, Red Arrows's aim and even the abilities of GL ring) but she fixed that and her powers are back to just mimicking the abilities of animals. Although I do remember reading of an instance where she managed to duplicate Gorilla Grodd's telepathic abilities.
It's possible Grodd is a loophole since he is, in fact, an animal. Though in the world of comics, the line between animal and "not human" is getting rather hazy.
