I really dont know how Vision would harm Cap Marv.

Cap Marv wins all three rounds.

If it's New-52 Shazam then I'd actually say Vision. Even if it's Pre-52 Vision isn't one of those characters to be taken lightly even when it seems as though he's outclassed in all areas. Phasing is a powerful weapon.

The vision wins.. He just phases and intangable hand through Shazam and makes him says Shazam bringing him to human form and kills him.. Or jus rips his heart out.. Or jus uses the solar jewel.. Goodbye Shazam.. Wait never mind Shazam is immortal.. I guess a stalemate it is

I'm no vision expert but Shazam would never let vision phase into him. Shazam is way too fast and durable.

Vision has an infinity stone, one of the 6 most powerful objects in the galaxy. Vision wins.
