Vision. His intangibility (the nature of it) is something RT can't deal with.

Does Vision even have the flight speed to even catch RT? His intangibility can protect him from RT's winds, but if he can't catch RT in the air, how will he be able to rip him in half? Not that I see RT playing keep away indefinitely but just throwing this out there for the sake of debate...

Well let's make sure before we conclude. Vision has out raced The Human Torch, Ironman, Namor and people of that caliber and he's kept up with Surfer IIRC. What has RT done that you can think of?

Lol...then I think it's VERY safe to state that he is faster than RT. You pretty much had me sold at Iron Man but keeping up with Silver Surfer o.O'....RT is getting caught and then summarily ripped in half. There was a showing of RT moving so fast that the human eye couldn't even keep up with him, so he is pretty fast...but not Iron Man level speed to my knowledge, let alone beyond that.

RT is/was an air elemental, in the crossover JLAxAv Vision couldn't hurt him by intangibility, so he would need to go in solid state, maybe he can't stand against RT tornados

pretty sure this has been done.... the newer incarnations of Vision win. But it's not a stomp. RT is pretty powerful.
