@lagoon_boy: And I just read that the new Vision can interface with outside technology...does that mean he can control or disrupt RT or is can he interface in some other way? I'm just trying to get as much information the characters as I can.
@Tesseract:I know, but its not like Vision always goes intangible, and Red Tornado is no slouch...hes not gonna stand there letting and intangible opponent go through him.
@Tesseract: I might not be the best person to ask about Visions abilities. But if he can mess up technology like you described, Red Tornado is in heaps of trouble.
@beatboks1: Could be but there is a difference in power beetwen the two version that could make up for the difference in experience. And what if he has all the memories of the first version that pretty much means he has all the experience also.

RT can be separated from the android body and just be the air elemental that uses the android as a host. It's happened on about 4 occasions I'm aware of. If this does happen than RT is actually living air that is only tangible when it wants to be
As for the experience or Vision 2.0 there is a definite slow reaction to similar stimuli that 1.0 has experienced that is inconsistent with the way 1.0 would have reacted. It has been shown a few times now that it takes 2.0 longer to process certain activities and formulate the appropriate response. That reaction is decreasing but the gap is still there. RT will only just win if that version though that outcome could change in a few weeks/months. The only chance RT has if it's the released full powered air elemental.
