Though im not too sure that using his strength is the visions forte, whereas Moonstone seems to be fairly comfortable in most H2H encounters .

Moonstone seems to casually utilize her abilities in more simplistic ways than she could, based on what we have seen other wielders of the moonstones. Strength, energy blasts, and intangibility (albeit more rarely) being the most prominent ones. Her strength and energy blasts(at the level I have seen her displaying them) would not affect the Vision while at augmented density levels, where he has withstood hits from beings stronger than Moonstone. His intangibility is also an easy solution to that, as well.

He could take her out fast with a phase attack but i doubt it will have much of an effect since she will be aware of what is happening and become intangible .

I see this fight as being more complex due to the location, and the fact that the area is still populated. If the fight was to come down to the city, the Vision could potentially ambush Moonstone and attack her while at phased state, but with civilians there, Moonstone is more likely to have an advantage by manipulating the Vision into a position where he would have to intervene to their rescue.

Ahh yes i almost forgot about location . That is a very likely scenario here regarding Moonstones moral stance and will even out the fight much more .
Vision easily he can do everything she can do only better he can also increase his density not to mention hes hundreds of iq points smarter than karla he will find a way to put her down and if she goes out of intangibility shes getting one shot. Vision wrecks her with little challenge hes trashed most of the avengers solo with ease when moonstone can do that then we will talk vision stomps shes outmatched in every category except maybe speed
