Mags wins any of a dozen ways.  Easiest is to drain Vision's power.

Vision could alter his density in order for Magneto's attacks to be harmless but once he solidifies to attack Magneto rips him apart like tin foil. Magneto ftw here.

Even at lower density, Mags can affect him. Mags manipulates at a subatomic scale.  Vision has no attack and no defense that can even come close to Mags.

That was my plan.  It was a good try though.  IIRC I think Vis actually got through Mags' shields that way once, but Mags was ready for it.

@bag_o_x_men:  Yeah it was the only thing I could think of that wouldn't involve Magneto tearing Vision to shreds. But good arguing. You made a good point there. Do you happen to know what issue it was that Magneto displayed sub atomic magnetic manipulation?

 Manipulating matter on a subatomic scale. (X-Men Vol. 2 #87, Uncanny X-Men #212, Classic X-Men #19)  Also any time he manipulates something non-ferrous, it means he's using diamagnetism, which is manipulating atomic bonds via electron manipulation.  That's also subatomic.   (Classic X-Men #12, Uncanny X-Men #112, New Mutants Vol. 1 #40, Uncanny X-Men #275, X-Men Vol. 2 #2, Excalibur Vol. 3 #14)   I can give you scans too if you'd like.  If you want to check out some more cool Magneto stuff you can go to...

@Lvenger:

If you haven't read Necrosha, it really shows Mags off.   Here Mags talks about seeing electrons, then takes direct control of the psionic energy of Proteus, one of the most powerful mutants ever.  You can thank Edamame for the scans, he just posted them in another battle.

@lvenger since when does the visions density control turn him into another materiel? it doesn't mags would rip him apart in any form unless the vision can speed blitz him which i doubt
