Yes. I totally forgot about that. Vision is pretty cool. Since no one never did this battle I thought it was okay but yeah, Vision owns the Hulk XD

The series was canon. There's a disclaimer before each story begins that pinpoints the time and date of the story. HSA #2, for instance, took place before Avengers #181.
I'd need to see scans of Vision doing that to someone comparable to WB Hulk's durability before I give him the win taht way. Weaker Hulk's have survived having holes blown through their chest and grenades to the brain so...
I think the Vision can completely deter any plans the Hulk has , and I do think he is completely underrated...but he does have to be solid to strike, and even at maximum density, an angry Hulk needs just one hit and it's over.
Stalemate I'd say, Hulk cant hit him, but Vision cant harm him either (phasing into Hulk and removing organs and such will require Vision being able to turn the bits intangible as well since I doubt he has the power to tear them out).

That won't matter. Also, Vision has super strength, so he should have more than enough power to rip out Hulk's organs.

Since the Sentry or Zeus couldn't even punch through Hulk's skin, I seriously doubt the Vision can.
While Vision is intangible neither of the combatants can harm each other. Its a stalemate unless Vision becomes tangible to attack which he would struggle with giving time for Hulk to destroy him.
@80sBaby: But could the Hulk survive having his heart, brain or other major organs torn out by an intangible Vision? I doubt it.
I'm questioning whether Vision can even do this to WB Hulk.

He doesn't have the strength to do anything to a Hulk that's resisting him.

Incorrect. It'll hurt but it would take a lot more than that to kill Hulk.
Not only does that scan call in to question whether or not Vision's phasing would be effective against the Hulk, but how often does Vision phase out people's brains?
And I also noticed the part about Vision having superstrength and he could tear into Hulk that way. There are degrees of Superstrength. Hulk at his most powerful is much, much stronger than Vision.
