I'm not too heavy on viper and her profile doesnt suggest much outside of poison. can you mention some showings?
but she has a gun and in my opinion that's all that matters here.
close up talia has stalemated black canary and beaten scandal savage(who's kinda impressive in her own right). so until proven otherwise i would say talia would win in those conditions.
i think talia should be given a gun as well,she's used them many times.
