Vincent Valentine vs Uchiha Itachi

Just as title says. The two who show no emotion go at it. Speed is equalized for the sake of the fight. Vincent has Fire 3, Ice 3, Thunder 3 and Quake 3. Genjutsu is restricted. Prime for both, ALL possible feats apply, no sickness for itachI.

Random encounter in a snowy forest. Start 30m apart.

Round 1: No chaos mode or susanoo.

Round 2: Both modes allowed.

Round 3: Both start in their respective modes, Itachi has infinite chakra.

Scenario 2: Exact same rounds, but both get 2 weeks prep and full knowledge.

R2: Chaos arguably wins. His lack of feats does not validate/guarantee his win, however.

R3: Itachi may win under the right circumstances. In other words, jutsu spamming may save him.

List of why itachi loses

-Vincent uses Nightmare all rounds which turns itachi mini, frog, sleep, mute, and confusion. If he so chooses this way

-Itachi can't dodge rapid fire from Cerberus. Cerberus too strong as well

-Vincent is too fast. WAY beyond itachi. Vincent can blitz from all sides. Yata mirror doesn't cover him. Susanno sword too slow.

-Vincent is undead, basically edo. Genjutsu trump card is inaffective

-Vincent is Multi continental destructive and durable

And to be clear, before someone comes in here crying. I mean Vincent is similar to edo only in the fact that they are immortal. Vincent doesn't age and is undead, though he can be killed unlike edo.

Vincent crushes all rounds. He fights weapons of the planet. Should have used Madara.
