The team has 48 hours of prep time, Ultron has 22 hours

General Zod has all the items he uses in Injustice, for example the Kryptonian rifle.

Standard gear for everyone else on the team.

No BFR allowed.

Win by death, or in Ultron's case if he blows up to smithereens.

Morals off for everyone, no holding back.

Comic versions for everyone.

Takes place on Earth, Space.

Ultron. The one thing people underestimate about ultron is his durability. He never loses to brute strength. He only loses to plot devices. His technopathy and ability to hack are far beyond anyone in the MCU. Metallo's suit will probably hacked. Cyborg Superman will probably be hacked. Zods weaponry will be hacked. This man took over 616 earth. Has soloed wonermand and Thor. 36 hours of prep is just crazy for Ultron. 10/10 Ultron.

It's probably the other way around.

Ultron mega curbstomp. They would break their hands trying to fight him. Odinforce Thor at the best could dent adamantium, and with the Phanalax, that just seals the deal.

@never_give_up: it doesn't. At most it suggest neither are hacking the other. Because ultrons consciousness already occupies his body. I can't see CS taking over his consciousness. If they were to fight one another without being able to hack eachother ultron would still win. His adamntium shell isn't being penetrated.

@proto3296: The point being made here about Ultron being a superior technopath is false; I think that's what Never Give Up is trying to say. His feats have allowed him to take control of beings that have a consciousness and beings that don't.

At best the hacking argument is just nullified because they're on par with each other.

No thank you never give up for not allowing that bs to slide. I think ultron is one of the coolest villains, I just dont see him out doing CS in hacking, although as one has stated they should merge... to form the ultimate judgement machine, along with some of the other cool machines like amazo, brainiac, and then best of all, more amazo, more brainiac, and more of each other. XD

Ultron took over the entire Phalanx race and this was the same race that took over the entire Kree Galaxy (including every single piece of technology + every single living being included), he took over the Titan not just few machinery but the entire moon itself and turned it into a weapon. He has casually taken over every electronic device in the whole world while fighting the (New) Avengers, including every single satellite in the sky.

I think you are underestimating Ultron technopathy.
