At any time if Doomsday is mentally attacked he will go on a rampage and attack his teammates as well.

Battle takes place in populated Arkham City

Military does not interfere because they let them take eachother out (not like the military can do anything anyway)

1 mile apart & team 1 starts on bottom team 2 starts on top of buildings

Doomsday solos.

Depending on the Onslaught, he solos.

Marvel easily

Molecule man would rip team DC to pieces before the fight is even brought to him. The only reason that the Sentry beat him is because he can resurrect himself instantly. Can anyone on DC bring themselves back from the dead instantly? I don't think so. And please provide a scan if you say yes. Marvel for the win.

Molecule Man solos.

Team 1 slaughters.

Team 1

Team 1 mainly due to Onslaught and Moleculeman. The other team's only real asset is Doomsday and maybe to some degree Black Adam. But as stated, Doomsday can turn on his teammates, so this pretty much breaks their chances.

MM solos

Molecule Man and Onslaught is capable of taking down the other team by themselves. Add in the other two just to be distractions make this an overkill.

@royalsloth: He can, however by that point he would have already turned on his team and they would have been stomped by MM. Then he is alone against the other guys. I think though, that with Team 1 having Apocalypse on, they would surely develop a fast strategy on how to divide Team 2 efficiently so Doomsday doesn't get a chance to adapt.
