What version of Fate is this? If it's the more recent one's then Dormammu could probably solo.

Dormammu from what I understand is abstract level.  It's a powerful team of heroes but I don't any of them winning over him.  
But since you said that it's Classic Fate I might give this to the heroes.  beatboks is the expert on Doctor Fate but from what I understand he's pretty f'n powerful.
