Vergil kills General Blue and probably loses to Grimmjow because his durability as well as speed is going to be the main issue in which Vergil probably won`t be able to counter fast enough. Also his raw strength is going to be an issue as he was able to knock down Ichigo with ease but Vergil has a really good chance due to Yamato as well as his summoned swords. But in the end when everything is being factored in such as regeneration, combat ability, sheer skill and speed it shows how Vergil is the clear winner because DT might just give him the win in which all of his factors are doubled to his advantage.
