The Toxic Avenger is a cult movie legend. He is a man who was mutated by Toxic Waste that possess Superhuman attributes. He has a high level of Super Strength and he has incredible Durability. His Invernueabilty is on par with like Golden Age Superman. His speed and agility is above average but not really Superhuman

Actually I think the Toxic Avenger can win here if he can get inside on Venom but its by no means an easy win. Since Venom has the Agility and Speed advantage over Toxic. But I think the Toxic Avenger can win. Unless, Venom is physically strong enough to KO the Toxic Avenger

Venom, I am a Troma fan, but what could Toxie do to really hurt Venom, when Juggernaut knocked Venom into toxic waste it just made him stronger and crazier
