venom vs lobo vs ghost rider

I'm going with Ghost Rider. He could probably fry Venom with hellfire (NOT use the Penance Stare, since it doesn't work on Venom) and maybe used the Penance Stare on Lobo (not sure if it would work).

If pre flashpoint Lobo was affected by penance stare, old Lobo readers would be amazed. If Lobo accidentally killed a space dolphin he's going down.
