EASILY Venom... If all else fails, Venom would probably take him over... Well... Maybe... But he cant kill Venom, but Blade could unfortunately be easily speared in the chest by something that can make its very being spikey...

Venom would probably take it most of the time, but I think Blade carries some incendiary devices.....doesn't he?

I think Blade could win this. He's beaten people who were physically superior to him in the past by out-thinking and out-maneuvering them, including Spider-man.
