Bane gets completely murdered in about two seconds. Huge mismatch.

venom  is much stronger,  bane on venom is only 2tons and only durable enough to withstand  small arms  fire. The only way he can match venoms strength is by upping his usagee, but that causes him to lose control. This is a stomp, bane has no chance.

bane is far from dumb, i hate how he has been shown, this man is smart cunning, has broken batman's back, while he may not be as strong as venom, he is a lot smarter. What happens to Brock, if it views Bane as a better host. 
 
If this a battle based on just strength, nothing more venom wins, you add other variables to it, we have a whole new fight

Yes it would be , Venom vs  5 Banes would be more fair.

Hes at least 10 times stronger. 
Far faster. 
Far more durable. 
Far better agility and his tendrils are enough to incapacitate him or cut out his Venom tubes.

Don't get me wrong, Bane is one of my favourite characters. But come on... Bane's a batman villain, he's designed to go up against a 'normal' man, no powers whatsoever. While Venom is meant to be darker and physically stronger reflection of Spider-Man, a dude who has proportional strength of a spider. In other words superhuman "
