Venom Punisher, I think.  
I'm not sure Steve has any way of hurting a symbiote, even in vampire form.

Venom Punisher.  I think CapWolf would have had a better chance.  Then again, on top of Steve's already impressive strength, you add vampire strength to that and you've got some impressive strength.  Scarlet Spider did rip the symbiote off of Brock once, after all.
