@GrandSymbiote94: If I remember right from his Official Bio Venom is weak to Sonics and Fire. Carnage is less weak to fire but more so to Sonics. Toxin is less weak to Sonics but more so to Fire.... Ill look it up again.
Toxin possesses the power to stick to walls and create "tendrils" to swing between buildings. Toxin can project elongated claws or "snares" from his costume in the same manner as Carnage. His symbiotically induced strength (Able to lift 45 tons now currently lifts 90 tons)is greater than that of Venom and Carnage combined. Toxin can also use the symbiote to simulate any type of clothing. Presumably, Toxin possesses the same vulnerability to fire and intense sonic attacks from which all other symbiotes suffer.
To all ye symbiote lovers, what's some good Toxin reading aside from his origin story (not that I would personally classify that story arc as good)?
The only Toxin reading out there for Patrick is "The Devil You Know"... then the Toxin symbiote came back in the recent Venom run and Pat was killed off-panel.

Then they were about to finish Spidey when Toxin back bigger and stronger . Black Cat help Spidey in Hlaf a Panel With Venom. Toxin Beat up Carnage. Toxin took the beaten from a suprise attack then did the majority of the butt woopen on panel.

Toxin will beat venom silly!!! toxin is stronger than venom and carnage COMBINED. How about some of u use some logic. The ONLY way flash is winning this fight is with prep. Like sonic spray, sonic bullets, a flamethrower or something like that. He not jus gonna run into toxin while at a carnival or swinging around havin a good time thinking everything is alright. And then toxin comes out of nowhere and challenge him to a fight and expect him to actually win. Its close to IMPOSSIBILE

Ok i'll give you that. It probably is a more isolated argument. My point is that Spider-man had trouble taking Brock off his feet let alone hurting him. The only time I remember him actually taking Eddie off his feet with force was that time in the bell tower. Even then he needed both his legs.
Even if Flash wasn't hurt he was still thrown back by a blow that Eddie has taken on numerous occasions to me that shows that Flash Venom doesn't absorb force anywhere near as well as Brock.
