Venom (Flash Thompson) vs. Captain America

This thought seemed worthy enough to post. Flash has military training, on top of his former boxing career, so with the venom suit, he's much stronger and faster along with the power of his tendrils. but his main disadvantage is his legs. Mean while Captain America is a very skilled fighter with martial arts training, acrobatic skills and, not to mention, his vibranium shield. But he doesnt have any healing or regeneration powers like Flash. This is a fight to the death.

@strider92: Hold on cap's shield is made of vibranium and addamantion and he has super human strenght so if capiton america is going down he's gonna take Venom with him.

@theviperrko: Cap's strength doesn't even come close to Venom. Cap isn't even typically registered as a superhuman and is more peak human potential/ enhanced. Venom has him outclassed in virtually every statistic and if Flash wanted the shield gone, he could easily do. The fight already happened and that was a rather accurate description of what would happen.

Venom wins, Captain America has been humiliated by Venom in the past.
