pfft.. Deadpool has beat Punisher 3 times and Punisher has only beatin Deadpool once..

This is essentially Venom vs Carnage. Punisher and Deadpool are irrelevant. Either one will be slaughtered by Brock or Kasady. That said, I would back Carnage. Brock has stalemated and fared well against Carnage without outside aid before, but generally, Carnage is conveyed as being more powerful.
