Vega vs Shredder

Vega the ninja from Street Fighter against the all mighty Shredder from the TMNT series. not the one in the early series cuz i can defeat him, lol. i mean the ruthless one in the modern series. who would win?

condition: Shredder is not allowed to use any reinforcements ( minions, allies...etc) and the same goes to Vega as well.

I thought Vegs was a cage fighter not a ninja.

@hyiena: sorry, you're wrong, he is disciplined in the art of Ninjutsu, which makes him a professional ninja, and besides being a ninja he also has a bull fighting style. i don't mean to decrease your opinion's importance. thnx for replying, but really, who would win? and why?

Vega is from Spain he uses a personal fighting style combining Japanese Ninjutsu, Savate, Zipota and Bullfighting, so anybody who does Ninjutsu is a ninja?

Any version of Shredder that isn't the cowering toon version wins. Skilled enough to fight four mutants who physically outpower him and with better armor and equipment. I think Vega gets trounced truthfully.
