I want to go with Vash as well...but Vincent has alot up his sleeve and he's insanely fast.Vash has the most destructive attack of the two and he's a better marksman too.

I think Vincent Valentine wins this fight. Vincent seems to have more raw power to me ( maybe its my Final Fantasy bias ) but I do see Vash doing some damage here. But I can go Vincent take a slim majority 6 out of 10 fights.

Well let's see.

Vash and Vincent are both good marksman but Vash is better.

None of Vincent's guns are as destructive as Vash's most powerful weapon.

Vincent is way faster than Vash and had the jumping ability and stealth advantage.

Most of Vincent's Limit Break's cause him to transform.Not into anything Vash couldn't shoot down.

Thats a good analysis. But I still think Vincent could have a solid shot of winning the slim majority

Vincent is ridiculously fast and seems to be able to reflect bullets (I remember he saves Cloud from those three punks in Advent Children, and they're shooting bullets at him when he's under his cape and all they do is reflect back).

I think he could pull off some weird, super-fast insta-win.

I don't know much about VV but that angel arm of Vash's is no joke.

Depends, if Vincent can transform into Chaos I think he takes this, if not Vash can win, won't be easy though.

Anyway:

Transformations allowed for both: Vincent Valentine, probably 10/10

Transformations disallowed for both (no angel arm): Pretty close, I'd go 50/50 here.

Transformations allowed for Vash but not Vincent: 8/10 for Vash

This is assuming Morals Off.

Morals On, Vincent wins all rounds for obvious reasons :P

How quickly can he perform an attack like that? Because Chaos moves faster than the eye can see.

Chaos:

More Specifically, 4:00-End, is Chaos vs. Weiss and Omega Weiss.

Chaos can tank city level attacks...

With no fancy Limit Breaks or Angel arm I think it can swing either way.

With Angel Arm and Transformations into Chaos... Vincent.

@Floopay: Is Dead Fantasy ever going to be finish? I guess not and it was getting so good. Especially with Vincent about to face off against Ninja Gaiden lol.
