Rules:  
Winner by Death/KO 
Morals off.  
Random Encounter.  
Vash can't use angel arm.  
Vash has his gun and  Wolfwoods cross.

dose Vash has away of killing him cause Vash wins in range but Cap has it when it boils to close combat speed goes to Vash so It could go either way depending how far apart they start

@D3athstroke: so true my good man, vash already dodges bullets, and once opened the shirt and groped a girl  5 times in  a milisecond, she couldn't even see him, and she also can dodge bullets, didand even if he doesn't get angel-arm, Woolfwood's cross has 11 pistols a machine-gun and a freaken rocket launcher. Vash can't miss a target even when he is sick and is trying too miss it(in the targeting competition cause he wanted to quit).

Actually was talking about is it anime or manga vash, is it begining or end of series vash, i mean i don't know a vash from any other faranchise. 
 
I am pretty sure The captain could handle the Vash from begining of the series, and also the Cap shuld be supersonic+ atleast, but end of series Vash will just murder him.

True. 
This is anime version of Vash vs Manga Captain.
Vash would stomp if manga, and Captain hasn't shown anything yet in the OVA's.  
Vash has the accuracy and the speed to dodge the Captain's attacks.  Although, Captain is probably stronger than Vash physically that and he can turn into mist which heals his wound and makes him intangible.
