This battle is between the following:

- Thor Odinforce 
- Iron Man (ThorBuster Armor) 
- Silver Surfer 
- Sentry (Insane)
- WW Hulk 
 
VS. 
DC: 
- Superman 
- Batman 
- Wonder Woman 
- Martian Manhunter 
- Aquaman 
- Flash  
- Green Lantern  
 
Setting/ Other Facts: 
- The setting is on a deserted planet 
- The are oceans and lakes available 
- Only Batman has 13 min prep 
- This battle is in a universe where both Marvel and DC characters have no complications

BATTLE 1: Marvel Characters Given Vs. Modern Age Versions of the Given DC Heros 
BATTLE 2: Marvel Characters Given Vs. Silver Age Versions of the Given DC Heros     
 ALSO: Dont forget to put what type of victory: 
 - Victory Type 1 would be into submission or knockouts 
 - Victory Type 2 would be death     
 - Even Victory Type 3: A combination of knockouts, submissions, and deaths and PUT WHO KILLS/KO's/ OR PUTS WHO INTO SUBMISSION

For the JLA, are they the current versions or the one at the time of the formation?

this fight doesn't seem all that fair anybody agree? SS and OdinForce thor should be able to take out most of the JLA by there self's....

Is this the ORIGINAL JLA meaning the Silver Age versions or the modern age versions of the JLA members? If it's modern age, I go with Marvel team. Silver Age, then SA Superman sneezes the Marvel team away.

Based off of the new rules, Marvel team stomps in the first round. SA Superman solos in the second round.

SA Superman is much stronger and faster than Surfer or OF Thor.

Interesting comments about SA Superman guys. I dont know much about him but i heard he can pull 11 planets at a time, thats really strong.  
But is he weak against magic like every other superman? Because OdinForce Thor is alot of magic and brute force, and i dont know if SS's power cosmic is counted as "magic orientated". Or if SS could drain superman's powers or create a kryptonite radiation. I think Odinforce Thor and SS vs. SA Superman would be a pretty sick fight.     
 
On a side note: I would like to think that OF Thor is strong enough to move 11 planets. From what ive researched, he didnt have OF for long enough of a time for marvel to show its true potential. I think weve merely seen a fraction of its power. I also bring this next quote up for some of the SS fans.   The OF '  enabled him to tap into the near-infinite resources of cosmic and mystical energies" (MARVEL DATABASE). So im thinkin that OF Thor is on a universe busting level like surfer or maybe stronger since he can tap into two infinite sources of energy rather than just ss's power cosmic.

marvel wins round 1 thats a bit unfair ss and odin force thor on 1 team  
round 2 goes to team justice league on the fact its the silver age justice league
