This is hard because Vaas has pretty good knife fighting skills since he grew up in his tribe or whatever. Though Joker is smart and won't hesitate to kill. Plus, he has laughing gas.
@stellatedcolt: He has no laughing gas this is Dark Knight Joker and Vaas pretty much wins this match because of better weapons, thugs, combat experience, and better tactics in his island.
