V and The Punisher vs Blade and Judge Dredd

The fight is a random encounter in an empty car park. No prep no weapons. V and Punisher are together on one side and 20 metres away is Blade and Judge Dredd.
There are no rules on what they can do when they are fighting.
(Yes I realise I typed Punisher wrong -_-)
