U.S. Agent is like a watered down Cap. America and I think Deathstroke should be able to dominate him, because of his superior skills, though if the shield makes a good hit US Agent could win, doubtful though. Deathstroke ftw
Us Agent does have the strength advantage, but that's basically the only thing he has thats above Slade. Deathstroke takes it.
