He most certainly must be more skilled but USAgent has possibly got better physical prowess and a good amount of skill too which he can use to his advantage .

The only contradiction is the Batgirl writers saying he was equal to David Cain.
Some people might get confused because there was a time Deathstroke was depowered and had some losses that original/modern Deathstroke would never have.

Second scan was crap. Deathstroke has demolished both Batman and Nightwing a dozen times. The idea of Nightwing being able to take on a powered Deathstroke without getting his butt handed to him is a joke. Deathstroke has decades more experience, is faster, stronger, more agile, far smarter and has better equipment. Nightwing has zero advantages against a powered Deathstroke which is why whenever there is a decent writer around, he loses.

yes the 1st fight was a depowered slade but not much of a noticeable difference, my point was that characters all have bad showings that contradict his stats and should be view suspiciously
