Cheetah wins. She has magical claws that was able to hurt Superman and she was too fast for Wonder Woman.

Everybody has low showings. Flash got tagged by Deathstroke which is more likely PIS than bad writing.

She is a light-speeder which is, by DC standards, pretty slow...
