Well upgrade would win he's living tech, I don't think extremis works on living tech plus there's I don't know if ben can do it but ship (and that ugrade kevin fought when ben took on the sentient ultimates) can re construct any and all tech they've assimilated and/or upgraded ,like the gunship ship likes to use so even if stark finds a way to remove the mechamorph if ben goes for a hack he can just fight ironman with ironman upgrade style
Yes he is but ironman's suit can be over ridden and his pijamas pulled if upgrade gets close to him... The match is 50/50 if there's no prep ben wins if there is prep ironman solos, if characterisation is in lay then ironman can figure out ben's weakness since the dude wants to find out ironman's weakness he's bound to waste time thus giving stark's iq enough time to run its course..... So yeah 50/50 jurry rigg or grey matter are better aliens to face stark
