I would probably say Destroyer Armor. It doesn't have endurence at all. It just keeps going while Juggernauts and Supes are near limitless the Destroyer actually is.

yeah destroyer would win if he has some one in side but with out that hed prbably take over juggernaut leaving superman to the worst defeat ever. but if he starts out with an innocent soul superman be the first to go as said to much magic.
The three combatants have some interesting differences.
Of the three, Superman is physically the strongest but the destroyer and Juggernaut are in all likely more industructible. All three have amazing levels of endurance, so straight fist fights could rage on for months, but Juggy and the Destroyer have the higher levels of endurance. Superman has the speed factor won. His reaction time would allow him to avoid any punch from the other 2. His speed is great enough that he might also be able to avoid the destroyers energy discharges but obviously the destroyer can keep this up forever so Superman would eventually tire.
Supes heat vision mean squat to the other 2's indestructibility. As the destroyer armour can fly (shown in the past), and if no-one is thrown off the planet (Supes doing this to the Juggernaut), I think that Superman would go down first as the other 2 would wear him down and their blows have elements of the mystic in them (Juggy's force field and the destroyers enchanted metal fist/mystic energy projection).
It then comes down to the question of are Odin's enchantments on the armour's energy emission powers (specifically the disintegration beam) more potent than Cytorraks invulnerability enchantment ?
Juggeranut has always been assumed to be pretty much indestructible but I don't recall him coming up against anyone of Odin's level of power or greater. Cyttorak has focussed all his mystic energy in the area of Invulnerability/Strength, so is the potency of this greater than the wide array of spell enhancements the destroyer has.
This is a particularly difficult question but I would have to say that I would problably err on the Destroyers side because Juggeranut cannot harm the armour as it is impervious to his strongest blows. So yes, the Destroyer would beat Juggeranut eventually.
That he is, as befits a weapon created by Odin, forged from some of the most durable materials known to the Gods and enchanted by spells/energy from Odin and other pantheon leaders. His energy emission/control powers are greater any single god's, even Odin's, hence why I beleive that the Destroyer could eventually beat Juggy.
The fight would eventually come down to which is softer the invulnerable skin of both Superman and Juggs, or the invulnerable metal shell of the Destroyer.
I'm going with the Destroyer and it's disintegration beam.
He's too fast and has too many varying powers to lose to 2 uber-bricks, magical or not.
Juggernaut is no brick and probably has more varying power than Superman.
Juggernaut has used powerful magic to help him fight Amped Fear-Lords in their own realms.
