Skillwise in hand to hand combat Thor, Vandal Savage, and Ra's Al Ghul are generally pathetic.

I dunno if this is unpopular, but the Thing seems to be a more capable Hand to Hand fighter then people who have lived much, much longer then he has and have been in way more battles.

IMHO:

Gladiator>Superman (sometimes)

Maxima is a lot more useful than Supes.

Bullseye>Green Arrow>Hawkeye :P

Thing doesn't get enough credit at times.

Sasquatch (from Alpha Flight) is underrated quite a bit. Actually, Alpha Flight in whole is underrated.

I don't know if this is unpopular, but Mordru is easily one of the most powerful beings from DC. Same as Neron.

I'd say it's unpopular by virtue of Mordru himself not being very popular, haha.

And while I wouldn't go that far, he is generally rather underestimated from what I've seen. I don't recall either him or Neron suffering defeats from simply being overpowered.

And they've both effortlessly stomped Alan Scott.

Gladiator is overrated on this site based on some high end feats but he is an in universe loser with a terrible win rate. I have often said he is one of biggest jobbers in comics under the proper usage of jobber, a character that is there to lose to make others look good.

batman isn't worthless outside of planning and has more skills outside of his tools and martial arts that can make him a higher level contender/

also there is no such thing as pis this is fiction it is all plot so if a character done something unless it is non canon it falls under the possibility of being doable

The Protoss or Zerg armies from Starcraft 2 could take over the Starwars, Startrek, or Stargate galaxies in like under 72 hours. Zeratul and Kerrigan bloodlusted vs the Jedi Council or the Sith would win every time.

Hulk, Superman, Flash, Storm, Galactus, and Iceman's powers and feats are ridiculous and over-hyped, even for comic books standards. and they shouldn't be cited in normal conversations. Batman can't prepare for "everything". There, i said it!

- I don't believe Surfer can manipulate herald tier or above. Matt Fraction's Galactus arc in The Mighty Thor shed some light on why Galactus and Odin don't just turn each other into cupcakes. I imagine the same holds true for Surfer. He's met with resistance by the opposing party.

- Star-Lord (just like all of the guardians) is maddeningly inconsistent with feats. 1970s Star-Lord was legitimately Superpowered, and probably top tier Meta-Human.

Pre-Retcon Beyonder and Pre-Retcon Molecule Man were never truly omnipotent. Secret Wars had Beyonder believe himself ridiculously invincible until Molecule Man stumbled upon into his reality from the accident. Kubik later reveals the truth at the end.
