Universal Mr Majestic vs Thanos w/ Infinity Gauntlet

A battle for reality has ensued. Universe-Level Mr Majestic is trying to takedown Thanos, who has acquired the Infinity gauntlet and all six infinity gems. They are in the void of space, and both have prior knowledge of each other, fully aware of what the other is capable of.

Upon listening and doing some research, Thanos is stripped of the Infinity Gauntlet and the six infinity gems. I think this makes this fight a bit fairer.

Thanos with the IG was able to solo the entire Marvel universe. UMM has little chance against him. Take off his Infinity Gauntlet to make it fairer.

Absolutely, without IG all thanos has is uber durability.

Universal Majestic's reality warping would be useless but then he can simply punch thanos many times to ko him.

Well he still has energy manipulation powers. And he is immortal, not to mention incalculable strength and intelligence. But I guess Universal Mr. Majestic wins, won't be easy though.

When i said all he has is uber durability, i meant that is all he has over Universal Majestic who himself is said to be immortal, to have vast strength and very intelligent.

Thanos with IG

The Infinity Gauntlet gives the user complete control of reality, and Universal Majestic has nowhere near as many reality warping feats to compete with the Infinity Gauntlet. Majestic has warped reality only on two occasions-first time he turned a single sun into a binary star system to fight against the cosmic negator, second he created a new universe to restart life again(while consciously merged with Spartan/Hadrian).

Thanos wins.
