The Undertaker would win here. No wrestler in Pro Wrestling history was a dominate in the ring as The Undertaker. The Rock had great Charisma and talent. But even he took many defeats to Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H. But Taker is known for crushing big time wrestlers. Just ask Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior how bad The Undertaker is
