Wonder Woman was completely un-phased by everything Jeannette hit her with except the Banshee scream at the end, which made her seemingly have a seizure(she was foaming from the mouth). She did make Wonder Woman bleed with a punch(i believe it was her lip that was bleeding) and was able to scratch her on the face but they were just extremely minor surface wounds. Jennette was getting wrecked and was forced to use the scream, she would have died otherwise. Jeannette isn't anywhere close to Wonder Woman physically.

With that said, if it wasn't for Fantomex Jeannette could solo with the banshee scream. Misdirection wins this.
