What does "Misdirection" even do?

If Wolverine is going to betray the NA when X-Force shows up. Wouldn't Spider-Man's spider-sense kinda alert him to something like that. lol. And how will Strange be allowed 10 mins to fight before being betrayed by (a lot of b's there) Wolverine and killed. If Wolverine has already betrayed the NA by the time XF shows up. lol.

This is blowing my mind.
