Sheer annoyance? It's not incredibly hard for Fantomex to use his misdirection, seeing as he was able to fool both Jean Grey and Xavier at the same time and remain giddy about the whole thing. All he has to do is misdirect Psylocke into turning both Wolverine and Wade's mind to jelly and then making her kill herself.

wades mind is pract allready jelly and it wouldnt remain so for long. Im sure you read Uncanny X force while they were in AoA and while using misdirection fantomex still got his ass heavily kicked. its not a get out of jail kick everyones @$$ free card.

Pretty sure that he was being overwhelmed by people with TP resistance, but regardless, none of the people here have the necessary resistance to contend with Fantomex.

I really don't think he does. His unpredictability and randomness doesn't equate too a healthy TP resistance, as some Wade fans like to suggest.

i think it varies by writer. i cant remember but i think in cable and deadpool he was pract impervious to TP. Cable and dp and xforce deadpools are the only ones i like. they try to hard in his crap sometimes. deadpool teamup...alotta face alotta palms

My favourite TP resistance is Gambit's, he pictures the Blob naked and telepaths just scram.

Deadpool probably just pictures himself naked, and everyone BUT Typhoid Mary runs screaming.

No...that thing wasnt deadpool. In cable and Deadpool he was decap and had a good 10 minutes to get his head straight.... also in wolverine origins THE COMIC he beat and tied up wolvie only for daken to kick both their @$$es

There's really no reason to assume it's TP, however.

1. It worked on Jean and Professor X.

2. Fantomex's mask blocks TP. If it prevents TP from getting in, I would assume it would also prevent TP from getting out.

3. Fantomex's Deathlok-self was capable of using misdirection on him. Fantomex, as previously stated, has TP blockers.

4. I believe it was Archangel or Dark Beast who called it "minor reality warping" or something like that.
