Most versions of Diana would break most versions of Ultron on general principle. I don't see Ultron really amassing a force large enough/finding and/or developing a weapon capable of damaging Diana with one day of preparation.

what about ultron (phalanx) from Annihilation conquest??? he was bad-ass....

@Illuminatus: If we are talking Ultron in Adamantium body then Wonder Woman couldn't just break him. But we don't know what versions we ar talking about here.

Ultron will destroy Diana given a model body that is Adamantium, has the particle generator, and the firepower of the Phalanx or the future one that destroys the entire MU at once.

Depending on which version. Ultron at his best would destroy her, while other versions will get pummeled.
